How do I create a volunteer account?
Click “Register” in the portal header and choose a volunteer account. After you submit the form we will e-mail you a confirmation link.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us through the support form. We anonymise the account, permanently removing your personal data.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. We will send you a link to set a new one.
