FAQ
Frequently asked questions
DOK How can I recognise a training example in the manual?
Documentation examples use the DOK label and fictional data. They demonstrate steps in the test portal and do not represent real recruitment or a commitment to participate.
How do I report a technical problem?
Use the “Report a problem” link in the footer. Describe what happened and on which page - it speeds things up a lot.
What is a volunteering agreement?
A document setting out the scope, manner and duration of the work. For volunteering longer than 30 days it must be in writing.
I forgot my password - what now?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. We will send you a link to set a new one.
